Our most popular horn ever! Our Standard Powder Horns are a definite step up from the Basic horn. They maintain the plain tip with a strap groove. However, the base plug is individually hand turned from a piece of hard maple. A simple acorn anchors the carry strap. For a distinctive appearance there is a decorative groove cut around the base plug as well as a concave relief in from the groove. The standard finish is antiqued and polished. The horn will measure 8 to 10 1/2″ along the bottom curve and with the base plug will be 10-12 1/2 inches overall, and about 2 1/4″ in diameter.
