Description

These salt and pepper horns are designed after our Cureton Priming Horns and are a very nice set.  They are just under 6 inches each from tip of plug to tip of finial. The salt horn is about 1 1/2 at the base and the pepper horn is about 1 3/4, diameter varies based on horns.   The base plugs are hard maple and walnut.  The tips are hand turned, hand filed and hand threaded to ensure a water tight seal.  The plugs are octagon shaped to ensure good grip in cold or wet weather.  A perfect set for your haversack, especially those into trekking in bad weather and want to ensure your spices stay dry.  They are connected with a brain tan thong which helps act as an additional gasket to keep water out.
